Jenny Krüger has extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as Teamlead Kundendialog and Teamlead Customer Service for ALDI Nord Group since May 2019. Prior to this role, Jenny held the position of Customer Service Supervisor at QVC Deutschland from January 2005 to April 2019, contributing significantly to customer support operations.
