Allie Oxtoby is an experienced project accountant currently working at Hazen and Sawyer since September 2024 and previously at Poblocki Sign Company LLC, where roles included project accountant and project coordinator from July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a recruitment manager at Teach For America from July 2019 to July 2021, with a focus on educational equity, and as an ESL teacher at VIPKid from April 2018 to July 2021. Allie has international experience as an international programmes administrator for VSA, managing programs across nine Pacific countries. Retail management experience was gained at Food Lion as a management trainee and assistant store manager, where significant sales growth was achieved. Allie began a teaching career as the founding Spanish teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools - Houston, leading to notable student performance. Educational credentials include a bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and ongoing studies towards a certificate in Accounting and Business Management at Wake Technical Community College.
