Jack Hott is a seasoned professional in product management and the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Poached Jobs since February 2014, Jack leads the engineering team in designing and deploying innovative products and features. Previously, at Watershed Communications from July 2012 to January 2014, Jack focused on web design, social media, and inbound marketing for artisanal food and beverage businesses. Jack's extensive experience includes a 12-year tenure at Castagna Restaurant, where Jack advanced from an entry-level position to become a partner, overseeing day-to-day management, the wine program, and technology integration. In 2011, Jack was honored with the Star Chefs Rising Star designation for exceptional contributions as a sommelier. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Portland State University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Portland Community College.
