Ross Barrett holds a Master's degree in Project Management and Leadership from the University of Portsmouth and a qualification in Leading Complex Programmes from The University of Manchester. With extensive experience in the maritime and defense sectors, Ross currently serves as the Ship of the Future Director at P&O Ferries, focusing on new builds and programme delivery since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ross worked at BAE Systems for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included project management in air operations, warship support, and maritime services, notably within the Saudi sector. Ross began the career as an apprentice at the Ministry of Defense, gaining foundational skills in the industry.
