Judy Drucker, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Advisor at Payroll Network since January 2022. Previously, Judy held multiple leadership roles at Excelerate Energy from May 2013 to December 2020, including Director of Human Resources & Administration and Manager of Human Resources, focusing on HR policy advising, employee relations, and departmental operations. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Representative at Kirby Corporation and an HR Manager at Teekay Shipping USA, where recruitment and safety training were key responsibilities. Additionally, Judy was the Vice President of Administration at Memorial Operations Company from 1996 to 2000, managing facilities operations. Education was completed at LaPorte High School.
