Sergio Cervantes is an Analyst in the Chief Investment Office at PNC since June 2022, where expertise in econometric modeling and machine learning classifiers is utilized to analyze macroeconomic outlooks and develop macro scenarios for stress testing processes. Previously, leadership roles in Theta Chi Fraternity included Recruitment Chair, New Member Educator, Sexual Assault Prevention Chair, and External Philanthropy Chair, demonstrating strategic planning and community engagement skills. Sergio also gained valuable experience as a Finance Intern at the Berkeley Undergraduate Economics Association, a Leadership Committee Member at the Latin American Leadership Society, and a Summer Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, contributing to various research and development projects. Educational credentials comprise a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, along with multiple Associate of Arts degrees from Long Beach City College in Sociology, Psychology, and Economics.
