Mary Crea is a Senior Vice President at PNC Bank, with extensive experience in operational and enterprise risk management, spanning over four decades in the banking industry. Since October 2008, Mary has led the Operational Risk Governance team, overseeing Risk and Control Self-Assessments and Scenario Analysis programs, while managing a team dedicated to program development and system enhancements. Previously, Mary served as Vice President at PNC Bank following the acquisition of National City Bank, where management of risk officers was key to supporting Retail Distribution and Deposit Products. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at National City Bank, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management for Retail Banking, and Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, where project management roles emphasized consumer lending.
