Alyssa Williams is a Software Engineer and former Technology Development Program Analyst at PNC, where previous experience also includes a Technology Intern role. Prior to PNC, Alyssa gained customer service experience as a Service Specialist at Spring Market and a Crew Member at AMC Theatres. Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas, completing the degree in August 2022, and attended Kilgore College from 2015 to 2019.
