David Deschamps is the Directeur Technique Digital at PMU. David has previously worked as a Manager IT - Team big data at CANAL+ Group from July 2005 to February 2021, where they were responsible for the Datalab entity. David has also worked as a developer at Sogeti from December 2003 to June 2005, and as an analyst at Essilor from September 1999 to September 2003.

David Deschamps has a DESS in Ingénierie des Systèmes Informatiques Distribués from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), a MIAGE in Sciences informatiques et de l'information et services apparentés from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), and a DUT in Informatique from l'IUT de Sénart / Fontainebleau.
