Irina Trifan has a strong background in support and leadership roles within the care sector, currently serving as a Returns Processor at PMP - Performance Management Partner since July 2022. Prior to this position, Irina held the role of Team Leader at HEATHCOTES M LIMITED from September 2021 to July 2022 and worked as a Support Worker at both Heathcotes Group and Hertfordshire County Council from July 2020 to July 2020, and January 2016 to July 2020, respectively.
