Chris Birchall is a Building Surveyor with a diverse range of expertise in Building Surveying and Project Management services. Currently employed at PMP since December 2018, Chris provides services including Dilapidations, Contract Administration, and Schedules of Condition. Prior to joining PMP, Chris gained experience at CS2 Chartered Surveyors as a Graduate Building Surveyor, where a foundation in quality management was established through ISO 9001 Certification. Chris began the career in the construction field with an Assistant Building Surveyor role during a sandwich year placement at CS2 and continued assisting the Manchester team part-time while completing a degree in Building Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University, which was earned in 2017.
