Shanta Armstrong is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in business analysis and consulting. Currently serving as a Healthcare Senior Business Analyst/Product Manager at PMMC since August 2020, Shanta is responsible for developing contract reimbursement calculation specifications and communicating requirements to the Software Development team for updates to PMMC’s calculation engine within its contract management software suite. Prior to this role, Shanta was the President of SARMSTRONG CONSULTING ENTERPRISE from November 2004 to August 2020, where a successful private healthcare consulting firm was established, providing comprehensive software and operations management services, strategic direction, and interim staffing solutions to hospitals across the United States. Shanta holds a Master’s degree in Management from Cambridge College, attained during 2009-2010.
