Shawn Chausee, MBA, PMP, serves as Program Manager at Phoenix Group of Virginia, overseeing a multi-disciplinary program for Navy maintenance and modernization, specifically in support of PEO Aircraft Carriers. Previous roles at Phoenix include Product Manager, where Shawn led the planning and management of a readiness tool for the Navy, and Integration Manager, focused on government-sponsored work during complex overhaul periods. Earlier experience includes Senior Project Manager, responsible for the installation of Damage Control Inventory Management Systems on various Navy vessels, and Project Manager at The Sigmon Group, managing teams and installations aboard numerous carriers and destroyers. Shawn is also the Vice President of Volunteers for the PMI Hampton Roads Chapter, overseeing volunteer recruitment and program management. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree and a BSBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
