Katie Englander is an experienced data analytics officer at PMHCC, Inc., managing analytics and evaluation portfolios for the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Children and Families since January 2017. Previously, Katie held roles as Senior Evaluation Associate and Evaluation Associate, where contributions included developing child welfare performance management scorecards and performance-based contracting models. Earlier career experience includes research associate roles at Research for Action and educational positions as a teacher and program director, providing a diverse skill set in data analysis, education policy, and child welfare research. Katie holds an M.S.Ed in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Haverford College.
