Tim Lash is an experienced Process Engineer currently working at PM Group since August 2021, focusing on the design of processes and facilities for the manufacture of biologics, cell and gene therapies, and medical devices. Previously, Tim served as Lead Process Engineer at Dignity Coconuts from April 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included process development, equipment design, project management for production systems, and the creation of a novel method for producing premium coconut oil. Tim also held various roles at Dignity, including Engineering And Maintenance Manager and Engineering Projects Specialist, and gained early experience as a STEM Tutor and Project Manager during academic years at Baylor University, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
