Jason Delaire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in heavy equipment management and training. As the Owner of Northern Iron Heavy Equipment Training Inc. since September 2016, and an Instructor at Great Plains College since June 2016, Jason contributes to both industry training and education. Jason also serves as Superintendent at PME Inc. since April 2013, overseeing 50 employees and managing over 25 pieces of equipment, while assessing new work scopes as directed by clients. Previously, Jason held supervisory roles at The Bouchier Group from March 2010 to February 2013, managing 52 employees and 30+ pieces of equipment, and at Robert Murray Construction from February 2005 to February 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing all re-bar and concrete work.
