Flor R possesses a diverse professional background in human resources and marketing, currently serving in a dual role in Marketing and Recruiting at PMCS Group, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this, Flor R founded Sculptingus in 2020 and held positions including Coach Brand Sales/Ambassador at Tapestry from 2019 to 2021, and Operations Management Intern at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul from 2019 to 2020. Flor R's early career included an internship in Human Resources at RMI International-Security Services in 2016-2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach, complemented by a high school diploma from Downey High School.
