Radhika Rathod has extensive experience in operational support and quality analysis, currently serving as Deputy Team Lead at PMC Retail since May 2014. Prior to this role, Radhika worked as a Sr. Operation Support Analyst at the same company. Radhika's career began at Mphasis, where duties included quality analysis from April 2010 to May 2013. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara.
