Mark Virgin is the current Secretary at PMA.LA and was previously the Senior Product Manager at ADP from June 2018 to September 2021. There, they led Product Management efforts for client onboarding and product profile data orchestration to deliver on the vision of Day 1 Compliance for ADP’s Compliance Solutions business.

During their time at ADP, some of Virgin's key highlights included leading the discovery, design, and development of platform services APIs that power the profile data flows for ADP's Compliance Solutions product portfolio; defining and delivering the roadmap for a new suite of client-facing onboarding tools for the enterprise; launching a multi-year program to improve the Compliance Solutions’ product team’s customer insights and advocacy (voice of customer), including the development and adoption of a client feedback program for the Compliance Solutions portal; and partnering with engineering, product and UX leaders internally to improve the overall product development discipline, focusing on fundamentals and measurable outcomes (OKRs). Mark also mentored new product colleagues to empower their success in the company.

Virgin's work at ADP culminated in him defining the vision for new client onboarding tools for the Compliance Solutions division. These tools have helped many companies focus on their core businesses by taking on the burden of HCM compliance tasks.

Mark Virgin received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University-Long Beach.
