Hannah Wolfgramm's work experience includes various roles in human resources and recruitment. Hannah started their career as a Tutor at Leuphana University. Hannah then worked as a Working Student - Recruiting Assistant at Studitemps, where they were involved in candidate management, recruitment, and supporting the marketing department. Hannah then joined HAPPYCAR GmbH as a Junior HR Manager, where they handled tasks such as recruiting, organizational planning, implementing HR software, and employee onboarding. Hannah later moved to ADFERENCE as a People & Culture Manager, where they were responsible for HR processes, project management, planning events, and operational HR tasks. Currently, they are working at P&M Agentur Software + Consulting as a Senior People & Culture Manager.

Hannah Wolfgramm completed a Zertifikatskurs in Employer Brand Manager at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Psychology from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, which they pursued from 2014 to 2018.
