Kanishka Bagri is an experienced Engineering Leader with a strong background in software development and management, currently serving at Plymouth Rock Assurance since February 2024. Previously, Kanishka held similar leadership roles at Zilla Security and TraceLink, where responsibilities included team building, risk management, data-driven analysis, and ensuring customer success. Kanishka's career spans over two decades, starting as a Software Engineer at Brainvisa Technologies and advancing through various roles at BMC Software, including Lead Software Engineer and Lead Sustaining Engineer, focusing on test plan development, automation, and customer support. Kanishka holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, along with additional education from Harvard University.
