Eugene Kovnatsky serves as the VP of Infrastructure Engineering at Pluto TV since December 2021, overseeing a globally distributed team focused on cloud infrastructure, security, and operational management for the prominent streaming platform. In addition to this role, Eugene has been an advisor with the LA CTO Forum since November 2012, contributing to the Southern California technology ecosystem. Prior experiences include roles as Chief Technology Officer at MediaPlatform and Centerfield Media, as VP of Software Engineering at NBCUniversal Media, and as VP of Software Engineering at DexYP. Eugene's career commenced in various technical positions from 1996 to 2005, culminating in extensive leadership in software engineering and product management. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
