Lindsay Griffin is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Pluto Healthcare since April 2023. Prior to this, Lindsay held multiple HR roles at Owens Corning from June 2019 to March 2023, including Senior HR Lead and Human Resources Lead, and completed an intensive HR Development Program that accelerated learning and exposure across various manufacturing locations. Lindsay's early career included internships at Owens Corning and Oatey Company, where expertise was gained in union contract negotiations, change management, electronic onboarding, and candidate evaluation. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Ohio University.
