Jose Seminario, CSCS, serves as General Manager at Plus One an Optum Company since October 2024. With vast experience in the health and fitness sector, Jose has been an Educator at IFBB Academy since May 2015, sharing expertise at various certification programs and workshops. Previous roles include Health & Fitness Coordinator at Aquila | On-Site Health & Fitness Management, and Presenter for Body Action Corp, where international speaking engagements were a focus. Jose has experience as a Fitness Specialist at Bodytech Perú and held positions at Aquila | On-Site Health & Fitness Management and NFC Amenity Management, contributing to fitness programming and personal training supervision.
