Gary Crenshaw began their work experience as an Electrical Engineer at Belcan Engineering in 1984 and worked there until 1987. Gary then joined Beam Suntory as a Sr. Electrical Engineer in 1987 and held this position until September 2014. In October 2014, they joined the Plus Group of companies as a Sr. Controls Systems Engineer, where they continue to work.

From 1977 to 1984, Gary Crenshaw attended Western Kentucky University but did not earn a degree.
