John Wittman currently serves as a Partner at PLUS Communications since November 2022. Prior to this role, John was the Founding Partner of Wittman Public Affairs from March 2021 to November 2022, where the firm assisted clients in navigating Texas state government and media landscapes. John's extensive experience includes serving in several capacities within the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott from January 2015 to March 2021, including Communications Director and Senior Communications Adviser. John's career also encompasses roles at Texans for Greg Abbott and the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as participation in the Romney for President campaign as a Rapid Response Analyst. John began professional development in new business at Interbrand and held leadership positions in Pi Sigma Epsilon during undergraduate studies at Miami University, where a degree was obtained from 2007 to 2011.
