Rick Birenbaum is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in engineering operations, customer success, and risk management. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Program Manager at Pluralsight since October 2023, Rick previously held various roles at ActiveCampaign, including Technical Program Manager for Engineering Operations and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Rick worked at Mattermark and a stealth mode startup, where responsibilities included determining product requirements and UX/UI design. Early career experiences included positions at Square, Google, the United States Department of Agriculture as a Technical Service Analyst, and a digital media internship at the National Geographic Channel. Rick holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from The George Washington University School of Business.
