Benjamin Snyder is an experienced manager and consultant with a strong background in technical onboarding and support. Currently serving as Manager of Flow Enablement at Pluralsight since January 2020, Benjamin oversees the onboarding process for enterprise customers and leads a team of onboarding consultants. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked as a Data Advocate at GitPrime, providing insights into software engineering progress, and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at HireUp LLC, specializing in technical positions. Earlier experience includes working in Technical Support at Mercury Payment Systems, where Benjamin handled escalated customer issues and collaborated on large-scale projects. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Fort Lewis College.
