Oleh Lutsiv has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Oleh began their career as a Senior Web Developer at New York Habitat, where they were responsible for developing the company's website and designing and developing an Intranet Apartment Management System. In 2008, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Plumrocket Inc. Finally, in 2010, they were appointed President of WebSvit Innovative Solutions.

Oleh Lutsiv has a varied educational background, beginning with an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Halytsky College from 1999 to 2002. Oleh then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Ternopil State 'Ivan Pul'uj'\u200b Technical University from 2003 to 2005. From 2009 to 2010, they attended CUNY New York City College of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Finally, from 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College.
