Devan Ludden is an experienced professional in real estate development and lending, currently serving as an Underwriting Associate at PLUM Commercial Real Estate Lending since September 2022. Previously, Devan held the role of Real Estate Development Manager at Circle K from July 2019 to March 2022, overseeing site selection, contract negotiations, and project management for development projects in Northern Colorado. Devan also worked as a Real Estate Development Analyst, managing financing for approximately $100 million in projects and analyzing economic trends for market expansion. Earlier experiences include leadership roles in various organizations, including the Fellowship of Catholic University Students and the UF Real Estate Society, as well as internships in real estate operations and project management. Devan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
