Rafaela Argyrou has significant experience in customer support and service, currently serving as Support Team Lead at Wolt since May 2021, where responsibilities have included roles as Support Shift Lead and Support Associate. Prior to this, Rafaela worked as a Customer Service Agent at L'artigiano Greece from July 2018 to March 2021. In terms of education, Rafaela is pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) at the University of West Attica, expected to be completed in 2024, and is also obtaining a Minor in Human Resources Management at The American College of Greece, starting in September 2022.
