Naizy Monteiro is an experienced software engineer with a specialization in full-stack development. Naizy began their career at Team Inertia Technologies in 2011 and then moved on to Rubiq Solutions, where they worked as a Full Stack Engineer, responsible for designing and developing a Quotations Generation Software and Customer Relations Management Tool. Naizy utilized various technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, MySQL, PHP, WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.

In 2013, Naizy joined Digital Dwarves Pvt Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer and eventually took on the role of Team Lead. During their time there, they led a cross-functional team of 8-15 members and was involved in the development of the weddingz.in website and mobile application. Naizy also worked on Django Rest APIs and implemented an action-based roles and permissions module. Additionally, they built an e-learning application for a private school and managed AWS services.

After leaving Digital Dwarves Pvt Ltd, Naizy joined Navenio Ltd in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer. Naizy worked on various projects until December 2020, when they transitioned to Ostmodern as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they contributed to the company until September 2022.

Currently, Naizy is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Plum since 2022.
