Alla also improved U.S. Call-Center service levels, reducing Abandoned Calls from 8% to 3%.
Prior to that, they were the GM of Commercial Operations at GE Lighting/Current and the Global Sales Support Leader at GE Global Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Alla started their career as a Marketing Associate/Research Associate at CEB, now Gartner. Alla has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Mason University.
