Devon Bauer began their work experience in 2018 as part of the UHY Connect Leadership Program at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants. In 2019, Bauer worked as a Mathematics Tutor at The College of Saint Rose and as a Forensic Audit Intern at the Office of the NYS Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli. Bauer then joined UNO Restaurants, LLC in 2017 as a Bartender, where they worked until 2021. Most recently, Bauer has been employed at Plug Power, starting in 2020 as a Financial Shared Services Associate and later being promoted to Senior Financial Shared Services Associate in 2022.

Devon Bauer attended Shaker High School from 2011 to 2015. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at The College of Saint Rose from 2015 to 2019.
