Constantin Palu has work experience in various roles and companies. Constantin started their career as a Student Engineer at Altair ProductDesign, Inc. in 2005 and worked there until 2009. Constantin then joined the same company again in 2009 as a Designer and worked until 2010. After that, they joined Oshkosh Defense in 2010 as an Associate Design Engineer. In this role, they served as the Design Lead for the TACOM FMTV Systems Technical Support Program and was responsible for designing, modeling, and detailing various vehicle components and systems. Their work involved utilizing Pro/E Wildfire 4. Palu worked at Oshkosh Defense until 2021. Currently, they are employed at Plug Power as a Computer Aided Design Administrator since 2022.

From 2003 to 2009, Constantin Palu attended Macomb Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering.
