Darren Overby is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the hostel industry, founded Pacific Tradewinds Hostel and Hostels.com, which became the largest database of hostels globally. Since 2012, Darren has served as the Publisher for HostelManagement.com, overseeing the website's development. In addition, Darren has been actively involved in advocacy through memberships with Plug In America and the San Francisco Electric Vehicle Association since 2005. Previous roles include Senior Electronics Lab Technician at Zendar and Launch Specialist at RockIT CoLabs. Darren has also contributed to community services as a First Responder with Marin County Search and Rescue.
