Gustavo Hernandes is an experienced investor and startup hunter specializing in Food & AgTech at Plug and Play Tech Center since April 2022. Prior to this role, Gustavo co-founded SPOTLIGHT CSGO, a company leveraging big data analytics to enhance performance in e-sports, which operated from January 2020 to January 2022. Gustavo's career also includes a technology consulting trainee position at Accenture, focusing on financial services and the Brazilian banking sector, as well as an analytical role at Dentsu Aegis Network, where insights on tech platforms and market trends were provided. Early experiences included marketing internships at Mondelēz International and Easy Taxi, contributing to strategic campaigns and user experience research. Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ESPM, an MBA in IT Management from FIAP, and several business administration certifications from London-based institutions.
