Curtis Chan is an experienced professional in program management and operational execution within the startup and accelerator landscape. Currently serving as Director of Startup Programs at Plug and Play Tech Center, Curtis has successfully built and implemented a comprehensive Program Playbook and restructured the onboarding process for new Program Managers. Previously, Curtis held the role of Sr. Program Manager at coLab, focusing on the Verizon Forward For Good Accelerator, where responsibilities included startup sourcing and managing cohort thesis development on Health Equity. Curtis's diverse background also includes roles at WeWork and UBC Athletics, showcasing a strong foundation in community leadership and operational coordination, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of British Columbia.
