Astrid Benson has extensive experience in program operations and community management, currently serving as the Director of Program Operations at Plug and Play Tech Center since February 2016. Astrid has previously held positions of Senior Operations and Community Manager focused on Health and Travel & Hospitality at the same organization. In the summer of 2014, Astrid gained marketing experience as an intern with the Manchester Monarchs, a professional ice hockey team affiliated with the NHL, and with the Front Door Agency, a non-profit organization supporting families in transition. Astrid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Quinnipiac University, complemented by studies at the University of Westminster in 2013.
