Sharon Peek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical management and product development across various industries. Currently serving as Technical Business Manager at PLT Health Solutions since April 2021, Sharon has previously held roles in innovation, sales, and manufacturing at Innophos Nutrition/Novel Ingredients from 2014 to April 2021. Prior to that, Sharon was Vice President of Product Development, Engineering and Support Services at GNC/Nutra Manufacturing from 1998 to 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Paragon Trade Brands from 1996 to 1998 and a decade-long tenure at Baxter Healthcare from 1986 to 1996, where responsibilities included Production Manager and Principal Industrial Engineer. Sharon holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
