Alice Blackwood is an experienced property professional currently serving as a Portfolio Property Manager at PLP since April 2022 and as a Committee Member for CREW UK since June 2022. Prior roles include being an ESG representative and Asset Manager at RDI REIT from November 2018 to April 2022, where skills in GRESB assessment, BREEAM management, and stakeholder engagement were developed. Alice also worked as a Property Administrator at Workman LLP and gained experience in property management and tenant relations. Earlier in the career, roles included Recruitment Consultant and Waste and Sustainability Advisor, focusing on sustainability and waste management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from Bournemouth University.
