Lizzy Haucke serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Minnwest Bank since January 2023. As the Founder of Gist prebiotic, Lizzy has developed a unique herbal seltzer designed to enhance gut health and promote mental well-being. Additionally, as the Founder of Plovgh, a boutique grain company, Lizzy focuses on customized sourcing for the ingredient markets. Lizzy holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Agribusiness and Alternative Energy, and possesses a BA in History from Columbia University. Past experiences include consultancy roles at Cargill and Wells Fargo Bank, and internships at Suminter India Organics and Centerline Capital Group.
