Floortje Sodenkamp is an experienced legal professional specializing in labor law. Currently serving as an Advocaat Arbeidsrecht at Ploum since September 2022, Floortje previously held the position of Juridisch Medewerker Arbeidsrecht at the same firm. Prior legal experience includes a student internship in labor law at Allen & Overy, a student internship in the Kanton sector at Rechtbank Den Haag, and an Assessor Secundus role at the Staats- en Bestuursrechtelijk Dispuut Res Publica. Additional internships in labor law were completed at BDO Nederland and during an earlier stint at Ploum.
