Beruria Cohn Novich is a Senior User Researcher at the Public Library of Science (PLOS) since July 2021, leading market and user research initiatives to enhance understanding of the scientific community's needs. Prior to PLOS, Beruria operated as an Educational Research Consultant from July 2020 to July 2021, collaborating with K-12 independent schools to address research challenges through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis. Beruria's extensive experience at Pacific Consulting Group from 1999 to 2020 included roles as Senior Customer Insights Manager, Head of Education Research, Senior Analyst & Project Manager, Analyst, and Technical Communications Associate, focusing on managing research projects, analyzing customer data, and improving reporting processes. Beruria holds a summa cum laude BA in Psychology from Princeton University, earned in 1999.
