Stan Mickers is a VGM-Coördinator at Ploegam since March 2022, with a strong background in project leadership and quality management as evidenced by a 2019 certification from AVCO in DLP. Prior to this role, Stan worked freelance as a hands-on R-DLP, DLP, and KVP specialist from March 2019 to April 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Gecertifeerd Boomverzorger at Over Bomen Boomverzorging from October 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed horticulture and tree care. Stan's educational foundation includes an MBO from Helicon, completed in 2018.
