Shweta Dalvi is a skilled professional in the nutritional and food technology sectors, currently serving as Functional Foods Manager at Plix- The Plant Fix since January 2022. Prior to this role, Shweta gained valuable experience as a Food Technologist at Snackible from November 2019 to January 2022 and completed a research internship at the same company. Shweta's early career included a summer internship at Sigma Laboratories Ltd in July 2018. Academically, Shweta holds a Master's degree in Nutraceuticals and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, both from the University of Mumbai, completing the latter in 2016 and the former in 2019.
