Michael I. Weaker is currently a Design Advisor at Pliant Energy Systems. Prior to this, they were a Co-founder of Really Brothers LLC from August 2011 to December 2015. Before that, they were the Design Manager at Richard Schultz Design from August 2008 to August 2011. Weaker started their career as an Industrial Designer at Kohler Co. from June 2007 to September 2007. Michael then worked as a Color and Trim Designer at General Motors from June 2006 to September 2006. Finally, they were a Mechanical Engineer at NASA from August 2004 to September 2005.

Michael I. Weaker has a Master of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
