Florent ESQUERRE has had a varied work experience, beginning with a role as an Enquêteur téléphonique at LH2 in 2012. In 2013, they moved to a role as an Assistant maintenance at the Centre national du livre. Florent then completed a Stagiaire role at VNIES Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences in 2015. In 2016, they held two positions, one as an Employé at Chipotle Mexican Grill and the other as a Vendeur at DECATHLON FRANCE. Florent then moved to a role as an Assistant administratif at LE PETIT PLUS in 2018, and an Interface de Communication at ARIS the same year. In 2019, they held two roles, one as a Business Support Officer at Meero, and the other as a Formation developpeur web front end at OpenClassrooms. Most recently, in 2021, they have been a Customer Support Agent Niveau 1 at Plezi.

Florent ESQUERRE has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Litt\u00e9rature from Lyc\u00e9e Saint Stanislas in 2006-2007. Florent then obtained a Licence in Droit et Science Politique from Nantes Universit\u00e9 in 2007-2011. Florent then obtained a Master 1 in Political Science and Government from Universit\u00e9 Paris Nanterre in 2011-2012, followed by a Master in Public Administration from University of Paris I: Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne in 2012-2013. Florent then obtained a Master 2 in Coop\u00e9ration Internationale en \u00e9ducation et formation from Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9 in 2014-2015. Florent also obtained an Oxford English Test Niveau B2 from Universit\u00e9 Paris Descartes in October 2014. Lastly, they are currently enrolled in an online program at OpenClassrooms to obtain a Developpeur Web Junior Front-End.
