Glen Biron, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and manufacturing services. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Customer Development - Healthcare at Plexus Corp. since June 2024, Glen previously held roles at Direxa Engineering and Plexus Corp. where responsibilities included engineering management and project leadership. Prior roles also include Program Manager at Syncroness and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Valley Engineering Group, where Glen contributed to mechanical design and business development. With a background that includes over 13 years at M3 Design Inc. in various engineering management roles and earlier experience as a Mechanical Engineer at MetalOptics, Glen holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
