Shannon Burnette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist in the International Business Group at Strongwell since December 2008 and as an Ambassador at Plexus Worldwide since April 2015. Prior experience includes an Account Manager role at GSA and a Federal Operations Specialist position at OfficeMax. Shannon Burnette holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership from Virginia Intermont College, earned between 2003 and 2006, and completed secondary education at Virginia High School from 1988 to 1991.
